Teenagers

Yikes! I took up the daunting task of taking my 16 year old brother and three of his friends to Portland to go to a metal concert (which was excellent, by the way), and today being the day after... I am sitting here in the hotel room trying to wake them up, which has prooved to be an even bigger task! This won't happen again for a long long time, I'm seriously exhausted. I am definitely not ready to have 16 year olds, ha, or even spend 3 days with them all by myself!

Lesson 1

I am so excited! I have completed my first lesson in Russian! I can already say...

"Excuse me, do you understand English?"
"Yes I understand English"
"No, I don't understand English"
"Do you understand Russian?"
"I understand a little bit of Russian"
"Yes I understand Russian"
"No, I don't understand Russian"
"Are you American?"
"Yes, I am American"
